About DR Life Sciences

DR Life Sciences carries a double meaning. It stands for Doris Ransy Life Sciences and also reflects my background as a Doctor (Ph.D.) in Life Sciences.
Founded by myself, Dr. Doris Ransy, the company embodies my commitment to excellence in research, communication, and education, bringing together scientific expertise, strategic insight, and creativity to help others achieve meaningful impact through science.

I’m Dr. Doris Ransy, founder of DR Life Sciences. I’m a microbiologist and immunologist with a PhD from the University of Montreal, where I specialized in virology — particularly in HIV, Hepatitis C, and COVID-19 research.

For over nine years, I’ve coordinated and managed international research projects in biomedical science, from concept development to publication. My career has taken me across academia and research institutions, always with a focus on bridging science, communication, and education.

About Doris Ransy

Who I am

My expertise lies in scientific consulting, project management, writing and editing, and training.
I provide support at every stage of a project’s life cycle; from designing study protocols and managing research teams to writing and editing manuscripts, reports, and grant proposals.

I also offer training programs in science and English communication, tailored to academic and professional audiences who want to strengthen their scientific communication and project efficiency.

What I do

Besides research and education, art and digital creation is on of my passions, which naturally evolved into scientific illustration. I enjoy transforming complex scientific concepts into clear, visually engaging images that communicate ideas effectively. For me, art and science are deeply connected, both are about curiosity, precision, and the desire to understand and express the world around us.

The Art of Science

When I’m not consulting or illustrating, I teach microbiology and English, create educational content, and mentor students and professionals navigating their own scientific paths.

If you’re looking for support with your research project, publication, or training program, I’d love to connect and explore how I can help.
